The Quick System is the new quick coupling for buckets and equipment of earthmoving machinery, patented in 2007 in mechanical and hydraulic versions.
This system consists of a device that push/pull itself quickly, used to connect a tool (ex. bucket) at the edge of an operator machine's arm (ex. excavator) in few seconds and in a stable and secure way.
It is composed of two parts: a plate (fixed in solidarity with tool) and a coupling (secured by two pins at the edge of the operator machine's arm).
The release of equipment need an inverse process through the aid of a mechanical lever or any other mechanical hydraulic or electronic system, always in extremely few times.
Consider that without this accessory the operation need from 10 to 30 minutes, and requires more than one person.
Pro Meccanica's "Quick" not only facilitates the coupling operation and the release of equipment but also improve the working conditions of the operators.
Following this invention the CNA of Catania has conferred to Pro Meccanica the 1st Ulysses Award for technological innovation on January, 12.
