100% cost-efficiency in processing this is guaranteed by the combination of RM100 and the OS100 oversize grain separator with refeeding system, plus the TS3600 screen. For the first time ever it is now possible, using only 2 track-mounted mobile machines and an intermediate oversize grain separator, to produce 3 value grain sizes in a single pass! The refeeding belt of the OS100 forms a closed cycle for the oversize grain to be put back into the crusher. The 4th grain size can be piled up, if required.
