	Contract information	The objectives of the Transport and Territorial Development Project (TTDP) for Haiti are: a) to lower the marketing costs for small farmers in two selected micro-regions (marketing costs are those costs incurred in the aggregate of functions involved in moving goods from producer to consumer); and b) to rebuild selected infrastructure in areas struck by natural disasters. The additional grant will help finance the costs associated with the: (i) additional activities included as part of a project restructuring processed in 2008, in response to reconstruction needs generated by the hurricanes and tropical storms that struck Haiti in 2007 (Noel) and 2008 (Fay, Gustav, Hanna, Ike); and (ii) cost escalation of the road rehabilitation works initially included in the TTDP.
