Information and consent under Legislative Decree n° 196/2003

Dear customer, we inform you that your personal data are processed by "Ente Autonomo Fiere di Verona” (Veronafiere) manually and/or electronically, under your consent, for the pursuit of the following purposes:

  • develop customer profiles, to check the level of customer satisfaction, participation in market research and testing;
  • sending of communications, information, newsletters, research, and advertising materials, even customized, regarding the exhibitions organized by Entity via e-mail, ordinary mail, call centers and fax;
  • sending of communications, information, newsletters, research, and advertising materials, even customized, regarding specific products and services of others via e-mail, ordinary mail, call centers and fax.

The provision of personal data is not compulsory and the consequences of failure to provide for them results in the impossibility for the Entity to serve the purposes of the processing described above.
The data will be processed by the employees and associates of the Entity as persons in charge of the processing and data controllers.
Data may be disclosed to companies which, on behalf of the Entity, carry out data processing, research activities, sending of advertising material appointed as external data processors.
On the basis of the rights under article 7 of the abovementioned decree, the data may be verified, modified, supplemented or cancelled, without charge, by writing to the data controller at the address below or at privacy@veronafiere.it.
